This explains what personal information MagCharge collects when you buy from us or visit our website, and how we use it, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and what you ordered.
• Payment status: your payment is handled by our payment provider, Paystack. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Website usage: pages viewed and actions taken, collected through cookies and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel so we can measure and improve our advertising.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your order, including sending order and tracking emails.
• To send you marketing emails only if you ticked the box to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To measure advertising performance and show relevant ads on Meta platforms.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the store: our payment provider (Paystack), our couriers, our email provider and our hosting and database providers. We do not sell your information.

Keeping it safe and your rights

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@magcharge.co.za.
